Louise is a real 'foodie' and loves cooking. Many people think that eating well means denying yourself of all the foods you enjoy. Louise works with your preferences, and finds healthier alternatives to the foods you love if they are causing you a problem.
We are time poor these days, and it can be tempting to reach for the many convenience foods that line the supermarket shelves. There is no substitute however for real home cooked food from fresh ingredients, that provide the body with the nourishment it needs.
