Nutrition consultations
WHAT TO EXPECT
Firstly you will need to complete a detailed questionnaire in advance of the consultation. This provides information relating to symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, medications and current diet. Included in the price of your initial consultation is several hours of preparation, including researching scientific journals for relevant papers, medication and supplement interaction checking, and meal planning.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
An initial consultation will last 60 minutes. Having established what you want to achieve, contibuting factors, underlying problems and possible nutritional imbalances will be discussed. A personalised programme will be devised which may include dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes, and supplement recommendations. FOLLOW UPS
Follow up appointments last for 30-45 minutes. Any necessary adjustements to the programme will be made and the results of any tests discussed. Typically you may need 2-4 visits over a 3-6 month period, depending on your goal and your particular circumstances.

TESTING
Biochemical tests can be arranged in order to gain further insights into your health. The majority of the tests can be completed at home, except those requiring a blood sample. Some of the common tests include:

Comprehensive Stool Analysis (evaluates digestion of carbohydrates, protein and fats, and also gut bacteria including yeasts and parasites).
